Providers

Amanda Ventre, MSW, LSW
Psychotherapist

I strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel comfortable being yourself and supported throughout the counseling process.  My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating an environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, grief, family conflict, academic and career pressures, and life Transitions.  Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and developing practical strategies to navigate challenges.

My clinical background includes residential treatment, inpatient and outpatient care, schoool-based counseling, and both individual and group therapy.  I draw from mindfulness-based techniques, emotional regulation strategies, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges with greater resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
