Tracy Layman, MSW, LCSW
Psychotherapist
Prioritizing emotional well-being is a brave and important decision. Therapy is a step towards getting to know yourself better and acquiring new skills to help manage the challenges of life, both big and small. I also believe therapy is a team effort, a process we are in together to help you define goals and make changes that benefit your well-being.

As an LCSW for nearly 20 years, I value the process of empowering teens and adults to adapt, redefine boundaries, and find their own unique pathways of resilience. While applying a holistic lens, I draw from a variety of evidence based psychotherapy techniques, and work from a strengths-based approach.
Beyond my professional passion, my time is focused on my husband and three children. I embrace moments for my own self-care - hiking in the woods, walks with our dogs, and family movies.
