Lydia Buchalski, MSW, LCSW, LCADC, ACS
Supervisor and Psychotherapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor by the state of New Jersey, as well as an Approved Clinical Supervisor.  With over 12 years of experience in providing therapeutic services, I have found that clinical rapport is of utmost importance and can heavily influence the effectiveness of treatment.  This is why I believe in a client-centered, compassionate, non-judgemental approach.

Together, we can work to identify problematic thought patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving you and your goals.  Through a cognitive behavioral lens, and utilizing motivational interviewing techniques, we can interrupt those thought patterns and adjust them to behaviors that align with a better you!  My therapeutic skill set works best with those challenged by symptoms of depression, anxiety, disease of addiction, previous trauma, and desire for an overall improvement in well-being.
