I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor by the state of New Jersey, as well as an Approved Clinical Supervisor. With over 12 years of experience in providing therapeutic services, I have found that clinical rapport is of utmost importance and can heavily influence the effectiveness of treatment.
Together, we can work to identify problematic thought patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving you and your goals. Through a cognitive behavioral lens, and utilizing motivational interviewing techniques, we can interrupt those thought patterns and adjust them to behaviors that align with a better you! My therapeutic skill set works best with those challenged by symptoms of depression, anxiety, disease of addiction, previous trauma, and desire for an overall improvement in well-being.
