Tasha DeFelice, MA, LPC, ACS
Co-Owner, Supervisor, and Psychotherapist
Change can be intimidating, but I’m here to help you through it. I strive to provide a safe, encouraging, and growth-oriented environment for my clients as they explore emotional distress, increase self awareness, and work toward their personal goals.

To best meet each clients’ needs, I use an integrative approach to counseling, incorporating techniques from various approaches and theories. Together, my clients and I focus on their strengths and successes in addition to the things they would like to improve on. I take time to get to know my clients and what is valuable and important to them. I encourage them to build their insight and challenge unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to move forward in their lives and relationships.

I have experience working with all ages, but have a passion for working with young adults, teens, and children. I work with clients who have difficulties with anxiety and depression, eating disorders, life transitions, mood disorders, impulse control, and parenting and relationship issues. Outside of sessions, you can find me spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog. I love to learn, do crafts, and tune into my creative side.
