Danielle Vitti
Graduate Intern
I am currently in my last semester of earning my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sacred Heart University. I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring whatever they may be facing. My approach to counseling is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel authentic, empowering, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship.
I have experience working with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, self-esteem, life Transitions, and relationship challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to constantly put pressure on yourself, fear making mistakes, or feel like your worth is tied to achievement. My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and create a more balanced and compassionate relationship with themselves. Clients can expect a supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and encouraged toward meaningful growth and change.
