My background in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, substance use, and trauma has encouraged me to approach each lived experience with deep curiosity and empathy.  I aim to provide an environment where you feel heard, valued, and empowered.  Together, we'll work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I take a collaborative and personalized approach, helping you challenge unhelpful patterns and foster resilience.  We'll work on what may be holding you back, developing healthy coping skills, and finding new ways to navigate life's ups and downs.  Instead of fighting difficult emotions or trying to push them away, I'll guide you in adopting the skills to acknowledge them without letting them take control.  I'm excited to help you achieve a more balanced and intentional life, focusing on what truly matters to you!
